Itinerary
Painting has always been part of my universe, it channels my emotions, it represents a way of communicating with the invisible.
My art is impulsive, it responds to a need to express a palette of colors, the shapes and the final expression are improvised without me.
When I paint, I look for information transmitted beyond time. Each composition hides keys, codes, signs of life. Each painting delivers its message and transmits its energy to those who observe it.
My creations revolve around the most elusive notion of the human being, the emotion of the soul. I draw my inspiration from the feelings that cross space, from this imperceptible which enriches the imagination.
Collector of Aboriginal art, I find something of myself in this art which translates the expression of a memory strongly imbued with age-old traditions.
Several trips to Australia and visits to communities of Aboriginal painters in the region of Papunya Tula in the heart of the red desert, as well as the appropriation of a technique close to these artists, initiated the works of the Songlines series.
This series draws its inspiration from the living memory of the earth and of connection to nature. Each work symbolizes a journey beyond time in which shapes and colors bring back a forgotten emotion. Beyond the creative impulse, each canvas is present in space to transmit its energy.
